P.C.H. won “Best American Cocktail Bar” at the renowned Tales of the Cocktail awards. Kevin Diedrich has also been nominated four times for “Best American Bartender”, winning the award in 2020.  Kevin was nominated as one of the best U.S. Bar Mentors by the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation in 2022.  Most recently P.C.H has place 2 years (2023, 2024) in a row on the North America’s 50 Best Bars and a finalist for Outstanding Bar by the James Beard Foundation.
